During your session, spiritual and clairvoyant messages are shared and all areas of your life can be explored. You chose what area you would like to expand into and explore. A true spiritual reading or healing session empowers you to take control of your destiny and life situations by showing what needs to change, be released, healed and transformed. Questions relating to past, present and future events can be explored and guidance is given as to how to better create and shift what isn't working in your life to an energy and outcome that does.

Reiki - Energy Healing

Reiki (Usui Do : traditional Japanese energy healing) is a spiritual practice which allows us to connect to and channel life force energy and spiritual energy to bring balance to the mind, body, spirit connection. The purpose of energy treatment sessions is to treat an individual as a functioning whole, bringing the emotional, mental and physical aspects of your being into proper alignment with the natural rhythm and vibration of the Universe. During a healing session, I serve as a healing channel and connect to the energetic circuitry of the multiverse and channel and direct healing energy (reiki) over certain energy centers throughout the body. Reiki sessions promote the body’s natural healing response, helping facilitate deep states of mental, emotional and physical relaxation. Within this state, your entire being is worked on (body,mind,soul) and brought back into balance from an energetic stand point. Because you do not exist separately from your life, your entire life and all things connected to you will receive this energy. Every session is unique in how it is experienced both by the reiki practitioner and recipient. Sensations of varying degrees of warmth at different points along the body are often felt, as well as deep states of relaxation. Some people report seeing color visuals and entering dream like states of awareness. Every session is different for everyone and unique unto itself. You receive from the Universe only what you need for your highest good. After our session, time is spent going over any spiritual messages and energetic observations received during our session.

Evidential Mediumship
In a mediumship session with me, you can anticipate an evidential approach where I provide specific and verifiable information from your loved ones in spirit in a way that you would understand. This may include details such as names, personal characteristics, memories, or significant events associated with your loved one. The of goal with evidential mediumship is to offer concrete evidence that establishes a clear connection that allows the messages to move between the three of us (myself, you, and your loved in spirit). In a mediumship session with me, you can expect a focused and respectful approach to connecting with your team on the other side. My intention is to create a meaningful and supportive environment for you to connect with and gain validation from the spirits of your departed loved ones that they are not only a thought away but continue to assist you on your journey.
