After a long hiatus from teaching, I have been guided to once again share the sacred teachings of Usui Mikao and the energy healing system known as "Reiki" in the West. This two-day training will guide you in accessing, activating, and strengthening your connection to the Universal life force, bringing balance and promoting healing within yourself and others. Together, we will explore the beauty and power of our Spirit as we flow into these empowering practices.

**What You Can Expect:**

- Receive the four traditional attunements for Shoden (Reiki Level 1).
- Learn hand placements for self-treatment, self-clearing, and sharing Reiki with others.
- Dive into the philosophy and principles of Reiki, understanding its roots and potential for personal growth and healing.
- Explore techniques for channeling and directing Reiki energy, including visualization, intention setting, and intuitive guidance.
- Engage in hands-on practice sessions, honing your ability to sense and work with subtle energy fields.
- Receive personalized guidance to refine your skills and deepen your understanding of Reiki as an energy healing practitioner.
- Participate in group discussions and reflections, sharing insights with fellow students.
- Connect with a supportive community, fostering friendships and collaborations that continue beyond the training through an online Facebook group and in-person practice circles.
- Receive a certification of Level 1 training completion through Wolf + Raven Inner Wellness.

By the end of this training, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge and skills to practice Reiki effectively and empowered to continue your journey of self-healing and spiritual growth.
